Folded, as issued, a little wear.

A fine example of the last London tube map designed by Stingemore, published the year before the introduction of the famous Beck diagram.
On the Piccadilly Line 'Down Street' has been closed but 'Brompton Road' is still shown and Green Park is still 'Dover Street'. 'British Museum', on the Central Line, is shown for the last time. 'Gillespie Road' was renamed 'Arsenal' on Beck's new map.
Printed by the David Allen Printing Co., it has been overprinted with a note, 'For Opening Dates of Piccadilly Railway Extensions See Back'. These are from Finsbury to Arnos Grove ('Autumn 1932'), Enfield West ('Early in 1933') and Cockfosters ('Mid0Summer 1933); and Hammersmith to Acton Town (July 1932), and Northfields & Hownslow ('Autumn 1932'). Also mentioned is the redevelopment of Dover Street (to be completed October 1933 and renamed Green Park) and Holborn (to be completed in Jukly 1933, and the closure of British Museum Station.
